I made this for a friend's birthday. Chocolate four layer cake infused with strawberry chocolate tea, filled with homemade strawberry & rose liqueur compote, finished with fresh strawberry buttercream icing, a chocolate rose ganache, and fresh organic strawberries.
I will make this again for a special occasion. It was spectacularly decadent!

I took two fun and educational bartending classes with SF Mixology: "Evolution of Spirits" and "Introduction to Mixology" A friend's special collection of vintage and international airline airsickness bags that I hung in their home.
He is a pilot. Chicken breast salad with fresh raspberry vinaigrette, toasted pecans, jicama, radish, cucumber and mint. #gourmet #winning_dinner Cocktail menu for private event (in teeny tiny font). Concoctions were made with fresh fruit juices, homemade simple syrups, and elixirs, fresh fruit and herbs.
